Looking for Red by Angela Johnson

This book is called Looking for Red. Its a great book, it makes you want to keep reading more and more because it is kind of mystery but not really. It has a little profanity but its nothing major to be worried about but this book it moves kind of slow, then it gets more interesting. If you like the discription that i have given you, you should read Looking For Red.

Tears of a Dragon

Bryan Davis's third book in the Dragons in our Midst series was suspensful, sad and touching all at the same time. I thought this was a fast paced book and it introduced so many new characters each with their important contributions to the book. I thought for sure I knew who Professor Hamilton really was but...of course there's a twist to his identity. By the way, hooray! for Bonnie's father. I bet Ashley has more in common with Billy and Bonnie then she expects.

Time Cat by Lloyd Alexander

Gareth (the cat) and Jason (his owner) spend time in nine different historical places and times in order to observe mankind at its worst and its best. Jason will never claim there's nothing to do again!

Circles of Seven by Bryan Davis

This was a great ending to the series of Dragons in our Midsts. I read this book in the shortest time because I wanted to see if Billy and Bonnie would get out of the deadly circles and if they could restore the dragons trapped within. I was surprised at the ending when you are left to decide what decisions the dragons and the children make. I love that it is set up for another series of adventures with Ashley and Walter...I hope Bryan Davis writes more of these.
